Position: Marketing Manager (Urgent!!!)

Job responsibilities:

Manage firmí»s overall marketing and strategic planning programs, and corporate communications. Facilitate client development through marketing and client services programs.

 

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

1. Assist General Manager to design, implement, and facilitate annual marketing plan for the firm. Support and facilitate development and implementation of section business/marketing plans.

 

2. Plan and administer the firmí»s Marketing Operations budget; support development of the firmí»s marketing budgets.

 

3. Organize and implement client relations including:

  •   Monthly client satisfaction surveys via email & web
  •   Client development activities
  •   Lead the marketing team to conduct industry related research, and generate customer-made benchmark study when requested.
  •   Special events

4. Supervise firmí»s RFP protocol process including soliciting RFPs from desirable prospective clients and writing proposals for new business; participate in planning and presentation sessions, when assigned.

 

5. Oversee business development activities including:

  •   Efforts through Business Development Coordinator
  •   Assisting attorneys in strategic planning for client presentations, beauty
  •   Offer coaching for prospective client meetings, presentations, etc

Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, responsible for design and production of various ads and leaflets, define the marketing orientation of CI (refers to positioning and unification of company image) and VI (refers to graphic design).

 

6. Oversee firmí»s electronic marketing efforts including Search Engine Optimization (SEO), web user experience, enhancement and email marketing

 

Employment Standards:

 

Education: University degree required. Concentration in Marketing, Business, E-marketing or Communications preferred.

 

Experience: At least 3 years in marketing management role within professional services environment. Strong leadership and consensus building skills; marketing management and strategic planning experience; a proven track record in developing and administering a marketing program.

 

Required Skills: Must be a self-starter, highly organized, and able to work well with attorneys at all levels in the organization. Polished presentation and interpersonal skills. Needs good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications. Excellent English skills including listening, speaking, reading and writing are required.

 

Special Skills: Background in E-marketing and knowledge of Web E-commerce a plus.

Position: Consultant (Urgent!!!)

Job responsibilities:
  •   Operation of the agency business with high-level residential leasing and related counseling service for expatriates from Fortune 500 companies in Shanghai;
  •   Serve as a single point of interface, responsible for overall customer relationship, during implementation and transition to operation;
  •   Provision of advice and counseling on relocation expertise and process to customers and their families;
  •   Able and willing to work as part of wider business field.

 

Requirements:
  •   College education and above.
  •   Overseas experience in leasing will have top-priority.
  •    Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  •   Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  •   Work in an integrated team with a service-minded attitude. Well presented with excellent communication skills.
  •   Self-driven individual with a positive attitude, willing to work rotating shifts and work under pressure.
  •   Strong communication skills, initiative and motivation, honesty and faithfulness.

Position: Assistant Consultant

Job responsibilities:
  •   Assist in senior consultant in providing high level residential leasing and related counseling service for expatriates from Fortune 500 companies in Shanghai;
  •   Assist in sales work, handling multiple issues assigned by manager and after-service for customers;
  •   Maintain good relationship with customers, compile clients comments and feedback and escalate as necessary;
  •   Support in more aspects, willing to work as part of wider business field.

     

    Requirements:
    •    College education and above.
    •   Excellent oral and written English language skills.
    •   Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
